2.	From the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2.	From the Internet Options dialog box, on the General tab, click Delete.

3.	From the Delete Browsing History dialog box, next to Temporary Internet Files, click Delete files.

4.	From the Delete Files dialog box, click Yes.

5.	From the Delete Browsing History dialog box, next to Cookies, click Delete cookies.

6.	From the Delete Cookies dialog box, click Yes.

7.	From the Delete Browsing History dialog box, next to History, click Delete history.

8.	From the Delete History dialog box, click Yes.
