How do I make a payment to my SunTrust consumer loan?
To make a payment to your SunTrust consumer loan, perform the following steps:
Note: Payments through Online Banking can only be completed using a SunTrust checking or money market account.

1.From the navigation bar, click Accounts.

2.From Loans, Lines of Credit and Access 3, click the account for which you wish to make a payment.

3.Click the Payments tab.

4.Within the From Account drop-down menu, click to select the account from which you wish to make the payment.

5.From Payment Amount, click to select Minimum Amount Due or Other Amount.

Note: If you select Other Amount, in the text box, enter the payment amount.
Warning: You must enter at least the minimum amount due.

6.Click Make Payment.

7.From Loan Payment Verification, confirm the payment information, and then click MAKE PAYMENT.

Note: If the information is incorrect, click Edit.
