How do I advance money from my Access 3® account?
To advance money from your Access 3 account, perform the following steps:
Note: Advances through Online Banking can only be completed using a SunTrust checking or money market account. There is currently a fee associated with a request from the Option 3 - Fixed Rate/Fixed Term selection. To learn more, please refer to your Lending Agreement Disclosure Statement.

1.From the navigation bar, click Accounts.

2.Under Loans, Lines of Credit and Access 3, click the Access 3 account from which you wish to make the advance.

3.From the Access 3 account, click Payments & Advances.

4.From Request an Advance, within the Option drop-down menu, click to select an option. Within the To Account drop-down menu, for the account you wish to advance money to, click to select an account.

5.Within the Advance Amount text box, enter the amount of the advance.

6.Click Request Advance.

7.From Request an Advance Verification, ensure that the submitted advance request information is correct.

Note: To make changes to the advance request information, click Edit.

8.Click Request Advance.

Note: A confirmation message appears.
