PC Banking - Common Questions

How do I apply for PC Banking?
To apply for PC Banking, perform the following steps:

1.From the navigation bar, click Banking.

2. From the Online Services menu, click PC Banking.

3. Read the PC Banking information, and then click SIGN UP NOW.

4.Read the SunTrust PC Banking and SunTrust PC Banking with Bill Pay information, and then click CONTINUE.

5. Read the Terms and Conditions, and then click I ACCEPT.

6.From The software I will be using is drop-down menus, click to choose your software.

7.From the How did you find out about SunTrust PC Banking drop-down menu, click to choose your answer.

8. Enter your personal information.

9.Under Security Name, enter your security name.

Note: Your security name is used to identify you if you contact SunTrust by telephone. We suggest using your mother's maiden name or a similar type phrase.

10. From the Account Type drop-down menu, click to choose your account type.

11. Under Account #, enter your account number.

12. From the Bill Pay drop-down menu, click to choose Yes if you would like the Bill Pay service on the account or click to choose No if you would not like the Bill Pay service on the account. Click Confirm.

Note: You may begin using PC Banking as soon as you receive your password and Welcome Kit in the mail.
